Adult
League Tennis is the
world’s largest recreational tennis league providing
organized, structured team matches for all ability
levels. The program is open to women and men 19 years
and older and features a local, state and sectional
championship and culminates in a national
championship in each skill level (NTRP levels 2.5 -
5.0). |

USTA Singles
League is a new recreational tennis league providing
organized, structured team matches for all ability
levels. The program is open to women and men 19 years
and older. The levels offered include adult NTRP levels
2.5 - 5.0. |

Summer League |
USA League Tennis Mixed
Doubles Come and play in one of the most
FUN and social leagues that the USTA offers, the
USTA MIXED DOUBLES LEAGUE. The USA League
Tennis Mixed Doubles program allows players of different
NTRP levels to play together, encouraging participants
to play with their friends, family and co-workers.
Players without a NTRP rating are permitted to self
rate. The levels offered include adult 5.0 to 10.0 and
senior 5.0-9.0. |

Fall League |
Southern Combo Doubles is currently the fastest
growing adult program in the USTA Southern Section. With
a participation base of 23,000, you might be wondering
what keeps the players coming back year after year? The
answer is simple... Combo Doubles is FUN! |

Fall League - Mixed Doubles
Spring League - Men's & Women's Doubles

The
Raleigh Area Tennis League is a weekday evening
league for men and women. The competition will be
divided into various league levels with players using
the National Rating Program as a way to determine which
league to participate in. |

Fall League |
Super Seniors is the newest league program to
hit the USTA Southern Section and currently over 2,000
players are enjoying its fun, camaraderie and
competition. Open to players aged 62 and higher, the
program offers NTRP levels ranging from 3.0-4.5. Players
without NTRP ratings are encouraged to self-rate. Local
league play culminates in a Super Senior Southern
Sectional Championship. |

Spring and Fall League |
Capital League is for
those players wishing to play in a more social
environment.
Capital City runs a Fall and a Spring morning Ladies
League.
There are three Divisions:
Division I (Tuesday) 4.0/Open
Division II (Thursday) 3.5
Division III (Wednesday) 3.0

Winter Indoor (Raleigh Racquet
Club) |
Started in 1985, the
WTT Recreational League
program features year-round leagues that have provided
playing opportunities for more than 490,000 tennis
players of all ages and abilities across the United
States. The unique WTT format, which is also played in
the Professional League, includes no-ad scoring,
substitution and coaching. |

Raleigh
Junior Team Tennis is a 8 week program
consisting of both team practice and match play. The
coed league will be open to boys and girls in three
divisions. |

Foam Ball League is
for
juniors who are ages 6-9.
Teams
may be
formed
at
clubs,
subdivisions
and
parks
courts.
City
teams
will be
coached
by
volunteer
parents
at their
local
park
courts.
Parents
are
encouraged
to
volunteer
as
coaches.
Prior
experience
not
necessary,
training
will be
provided.
The
players
will
use
large
foam
balls,
junior
tennis
racquets
and
play
half-court
singles
and/or
doubles.

Summer League |
USA Tennis -
National Junior Tennis League (NJTL)
is a low cost, grassroots junior program. It
allows children exposure to tennis that may not
otherwise have this opportunity. USA Tennis-NJTL
combines tennis instruction with an educational
component, such as literacy or drug prevention to
enhance the lives of these young players. Excellent for
beginning and early intermediate players. |
