Quick Start Tennis Event

NC State University Club

August 16th, 2008

8am - 10am

QuickStart Tennis

Come join us for a morning of fun as we sponsor our first Quick Start Tennis event at the University Club.  Open for all levels of players.

For players who are 8 and under, there are only seven points in a game, so match play is short and sweet.  Kids play the best of three games; the first to score seven points wins the game.  The first to win two games wins the match.  Shorter Quick Start nets will be used.

For players who are 10 and under, the best of three sets will be played.  The first to win four games wins a set.  For the third set, the player to win seven points wins the match.  Shorter courts and regular nets lowered a bit will be used.

For additional information or to register, please contact Dianne Davenport at ddavenport_ncsuclub@nc.rr.com or 828-3465.
