Try Play is a learn-by-doing class for juniors that teaches beginning junior players how to play a match. Try Play focuses less on technique and more on positioning, strategy and scoring. This class is perfect for players who have taken Try Tennis or those who already know how to hit ground strokes, volley and serve. Cost: $30.00

One rain make-up day has been added to Try Tennis sessions at Black Horse Run and Northbrook Country Club and will only be used if there are no rain-outs during the session. Rained-out sessions in Knightdale will be made up based on court availability.
We love introducing young players to tennis, the sport of a lifetime. If you think your young child might enjoy tennis, join us for a free play day. We'll provide the racquets, balls and a NetGen-certified coach. You bring your child (ages 5-10), a water bottle and a pair of sneakers. Even though there is no charge to attend, registration is required.

Try Tennis is an instructional tennis program for beginners. The class is designed for juniors who have never played tennis before.
Once on the court, a tennis coach will work with your child to learn enough basic skills to play a beginner match. Your $40 registration fee includes: 6 hours of tennis instruction, a Head tennis racket and a TryTennis towel.
