This program provides match play between participating middle schools.  The format is designed to provide opportunities for students to play tennis with their friends and to develop the concept of teamwork while learning/playing the game of tennis.

Levels:

Beginner and Intermediate

Practices:

We'll provide practice balls and courts for practices at Millbrook.  If you have access to courts in your neighborhood, you're welcome to practice there.

Volunteer Coaches:
For this program to be successful, we need volunteer parents/coaches from each participating school.

  • Teams are accepted into the league after a volunteer parent has been identified to coach their school team.
  • Volunteer parents will receive training, run practices and matches for this beginner/intermediate league.

For questions about the league or if you're interested in coaching a school team contact the league coordinator:  Cheri Kohan at cheri.kohan@raleighnc.gov
