Try Tennis is an instructional tennis program for beginners. The class is designed for adults who have never played tennis or those returning to tennis after an absence.

Once on the court, a tennis coach will work with you to learn enough basic skills to play a beginner match. Your $40 registration fee includes: 6 hours of tennis instruction, a tennis racquet and a TryTennis t-shirt. Get ready to go from “Couch to Court in six weeks”.

All sessions taught in English.  Questions? Email

Try League

Join us for a beginners-only tournament as we bring players from around the Triangle together for a fun morning of tennis.

You'll get to meet and compete with a whole new group of tennis friends.

The FAST4 format means you'll get to meet and play a lot of players in a short time span. Don't worry if you're unfamiliar with FAST4 -- we'll teach you.

Try Play is a learn-by-doing class that teaches beginning adult players how to play a match. Try Play focuses less on technique and more on positioning, strategy and scoring. This class is perfect for players who have taken Try Tennis or those returning to tennis after an extended period.
