Try Play is a learn-by-doing class that teaches beginning adult players how to play a match. Try Play focuses less on technique and more on positioning, strategy and scoring. This class is perfect for players who have taken Try Tennis or those returning to tennis after an extended period.

Try League

Our first-ever Try League for beginning players has recently come to an end and will begin again in September 2019 with a whole new group of beginning players. To form or join a Try League team in 2019, email TryTennis@RaleighTennis.com.

Summer Special:  Join us to socialize and play doubles against others of similar skill level. You’ll change opponents and partners every 20-30 minutes, so you’ll get to meet lots of players and build your network of tennis friends. An organizer will keep you moving from court to court and will be there to answer questions you may have about scoring, tie-breakers or anything else tennis-related.

When: Wednesday nights, July 10 - July 31 from 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Where: Meredith College, 3800 Hillsborough Street, Raleigh

Since this is a 4-week class, the cost is only $20. No reschedules or refunds for rain-outs.
