Volunteer

Volunteer with the RTA

The Raleigh Tennis Association is a non-profit organization whose success depends on the help and support of our volunteers. Whether you are a teen looking for volunteer hours, an active tennis player looking to support your favorite sport, or even a non-playing tennis fan, we have opportunities for you to help. In addition to support needed at events and tournaments, we also need volunteers to sit on our board and volunteer committees to help execute the mission of the RTA.

We ask that committee members commit to a one-year term, attend approximately one meeting per month (currently all meetings are virtual), and complete committee tasks (typically via email). Board members are asked to commit to a two-year term, attend virtual board meetings every other month (January, March, May, July, September), sit on at least one committee, and volunteer to help at events and activities. The RTA Board is currently full. When the RTA Board application process reopens the application link will be posted here.
