USTA Fall Combo

USTA Fall Combo

USTA Combo is a league consisting of teams of men or women with combined ratings. A 7.5 team could have a 3.5 and 4.0 player together as a doubles team or two 3.5 players. Each match consists of three doubles courts. Teams may have up to 15 players on the roster. There is no minimum rating requirement.

***NOTE: 8.5 teams may have 5.0 players. 9.5 teams may have 5.5 players.*** 

Fee: $22.00 registration fee (plus City court fees, if applicable) 

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION DATES  

  • June 16 Team registration opens on TennisLink  

  • July 1 Deadline for letting coordinator know you are having a team 

  • July 6 Team registration deadline on TennisLink  

  • July 10 Teams must have 6 players registered that can form 3 legal combo pairings.  

  • August 1 Season may begin  

 

STATE CHAMPIONSHIP AGE/LEVEL FORMAT

  • November 4-7, Wilmington: ALL AGES 5.0, 6.5 and 8.5  

  • November 11-14, Wilmington: ALL AGES 5.5, 7.5 and 9.5  

 

ALL CAPTAINS must fill out a registration form for each team you are captaining PRIOR to registering your team on TennisLink.

Age Groups Offered

All players must be at least 18 to play in an adult league. A player may play in multiple age groups as long as he/she will turn the minimum age during the calendar year.

  • 18 & over

  • 40 & over

  • 55 & over

  • 65 & over

Combo Doubles Days of Play

NTRP Ratings Information

Adult USTA teams use NTRP ratings to determine a player’s level. 

  • If you don’t know what your rating is, visit Tennislink to understand ratings.

  • If you don’t have a rating, click the “Self Rate” button on Tennislink and answer the questions. Your rating will be generated immediately.
