RTA is hosting the Tri-Level State Championships from September 18 - 21, 2025.  We anticipate over 1,200 players competing daily across eleven facilities. We are seeking volunteers to help us welcome them.

USTA North Carolina will provide required training via email, including written and video components. All volunteers must review these materials before the event.

Various volunteer positions are available at different host facilities. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old. Please click the button below to sign up for one or more shifts.

Each volunteer must sign up individually using their own cell phone number and email address to ensure you receive updates, your volunteer t-shirt, and your name badge. Please ensure the email address you provide in SignUp Genius is current and regularly checked.

Volunteer roles include:

• Lead Site Coordinator: The primary contact for a specific site, addressing issues and needs. Accessibility is key, but constant on-site presence is not required.

• Site Desk Volunteers: Responsible for checking in teams and sending results to Tournament Headquarters.

• Site Desk Floater Volunteers: Available to assist with delays, relieve afternoon coordinators, or help with transitions to indoor facilities.

• Operations Volunteers: Assist with daily venue setup and take-down, purchasing/collecting ice, and replenishing water and ice.

• Court Helpers: Sweep courts and lines during breaks and address court condition issues like net adjustments and debris removal.

Once schedules are finalized, some volunteer slots may no longer be needed. In such cases, volunteers may be asked to work at an alternative site or time.
