Training for those that would like to coach new players in Raleigh area.

Interested in coaching kids or beginner adult tennis players?

We need you! Tennis is booming. More people want to learn our sport more than ever before! As you know, the RTA supports new players programs in Raleigh. There is a need for tennis players like you to share these skills for those that would like to learn to play! This is your chance to gift someone the lifetime joy of tennis!

Training is perfect for USTA League Players that want to give back to local adult & junior programs, parents who play that want to be more involved, high school or college players that are interested in coaching, or for coaches that just want to get some new fresh ideas for their players. You have the opportunity to participate in FREE coaches training to gain the basic coaching skills you need to teach tennis to new adult and/or junior players. The training is so much FUN and you will get a great workout, plus prizes! The coaches training will be held on August 3rd at Meredith College at 6:30 – 8:30pm. Bring Rackets & Water. Frances Barragan, USTA Southern Service Rep for North Carolina will provide you with two hours of fun and interactive tennis training.
